The tutorial “Introduction to information searching”  (in Danish), developed in 1998 by the Technical University Library of Denmark (DTUB), was the first online tutorial to be produced in Denmark. It focuses on search techniques and on use of databases and the library OPAC. It is the backbone of a compulsory course with limited classroom attendance; students work independently with the tutorial and submit their questions and assignments via the DTU learning management system, CampusNet.
