Ovid (through ReDI=Regionale Datenbankinformation Baden-Württemberg) – How to search literature using Medline

The principle of a Medline search is explained through the detailed examples.
The search issue is solved according to content features on the basis of a controlled vocabulary (MeSH-Thesaurus), in combination with concepts drawn from the title or abstract (free text).
The technical details are different in the different providers (PubMED, DIMDI etc.) and it is necessary to read and read again their online helps.
