Level: basic and advanced
Target group
: university students

In addition to classroom lessons, e-learning modules are being developed, which offer the possibility of self-study in the sub-areas of information literacy.
In order to cover as wide a spectrum of subject matter as possible, e-learning modules are being developed parallel to the course modules.  This offers students the possibility to freely access the course materials for preparation and review.
Exercises and tests will also be available online and give students immediate feedback as to their own progress.
Lessons independent from the courses themselves will also offer interested persons the possibility to explore the topic of information literacy and acquire information and facts in this area.
The practical implementation of the e-learning modules is supported by ILIAS, an open-source e-learning platform operated by the University of Cologne.
